I'd just like to put in a word for the lovely guys at Greenaways Auto Electrical in Belfast. To follow up their awful customer service "I'm here with this fucking truck"; their guy decided to tell me that my alternator was broken and would need repaired. They charged £45 for the 15 minute trip to Bangor, and then wanted another £40 odd quid for a repair.
Needless to say I got a local guy to test the alternator which turns out to be perfectly ok. Hence the Greenaway mechanic was either useless or a liar, but either way not worth the call. Avoid them like the plague.
